how connected we all are.

we all have in us a part of that great divine. the only difference is how much of the divine is one aware of.

Making the best of time.

will be uploaded soon. unable to get to the comp and my mobile wants everything dictated. updated so the problem.

Dancing your Cares off.

Dancing your way to feeling better every day.
do'nt you worry your pretty little mind. people throw rocks at things that shine.

People throw rocks at things that shine.

The brightest stars are often the most noticed—and sometimes the most criticized. Jealousy, misunderstanding, and negativity are often directed toward those who stand out. Don't let the stones dim your light. Keep shining with humility, grace, and purpose.

Dance your cares off.

Life will always bring worries, but don't let them become your identity. Smile, laugh, sing, pray, dance, and celebrate the gift of each day. Joy is not the absence of problems—it is the courage to rise above them.

Keep shining. Keep dancing. Let neither criticism nor worry steal the light that God placed within you.

Life of a rishi./ muni./yogi./

The lives of a Rishi, Muni, and Yogi often overlapped, but each represented a distinct spiritual ideal in the Hindu tradition.
The Life of a Rishi (The Seer of Truth)
A Rishi is one who "sees" the eternal truth (mantra-draṣṭā). The Vedic hymns were not composed by the rishis; they were revealed to them through deep spiritual realization.
A rishi's life was marked by:
Living simply in an āśrama, usually in forests or on riverbanks.
Daily study, meditation, yajñas, and teaching disciples.
Compassion for all beings.
Seeking Truth rather than wealth or fame.
Serving as guides to kings and society.
A rishi lived by the principle:
"Simple living, lofty thinking."
The Life of a Muni (The Silent Sage)
The word Muni comes from mauna—silence.
A muni cultivated:
Silence in speech.
Stillness of mind.
Deep contemplation.
Control of the senses.
Freedom from anger and attachment.
His silence was not merely the absence of words, but the presence of inner peace.
The Life of a Yogi (One United with the Divine)
A yogi dedicates life to union with the Supreme through Yoga.
The yogi's disciplines include:
Self-control.
Regular meditation.
Prāṇāyāma.
Truthfulness and non-violence.
Contentment.
Seeing the Divine in every being.
A true yogi remains balanced in success and failure, pleasure and pain.
What They Shared
Though their paths differed, all three embodied:
Humility.
Self-discipline.
Compassion.
Detachment from worldly desires.
Dedication to the welfare of all.
Constant remembrance of the Divine.

A Timeless Lesson
The lives of the rishis, munis, and yogis remind us that greatness is not measured by possessions or status, but by purity of character, clarity of wisdom, and depth of inner peace.
As the saying goes:
"The rishi illumines through wisdom, the muni through silence, and the yogi through realization. Together, they show humanity the path from the restless mind to the eternal Self."
