 Prathivadhi Bhayankaram Aṇṇan was a Sri Vaishnava Acharya,Tamil and Sanskrit scholar, the composer of the popular Venkateswara Suprabhatam. He appeared in this world bearing the name Hasthigirinathar Aṇṇan in the year AD 1361. He was one of the prominent disciples of Manavala Mamunigal, belonged to a distinguished line of "Acharya Puruṣas" and had a large number of followers. Aṇṇan composed many hymns, of which the popular Venkateṣa Suprabhātham, Venkateṣa Stotram, Venkateṣa Prapatti and Venkateṣa Mangaļāṣāsanam are recited daily at the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple at the wee-hours of the day to wake up the Lord. The rendition of the hymns by Smt. M S Subbulakshmi is played everyday in millions of households in India and abroad.[1][2][3]

Aṇṇan was born in Kanchipuram, and initiated into the Sri Vaishnava Sampradāyam by his father, who was the 10th generation descendant of Mudumbai Nambi one of the 74 simhāsanādipathis appointed by Ramanuja.[4] He later became a disciple of Vedanta Desika's son Nayana-Varadāchārya. Nayana-Varadāchārya him the name "Prathivathi Bhayankaram Aṇṇan". Aṇṇan was acknowledged as an authority on Sanskrit literature and spiritual discourses in those times. He is said to be the most prominent scholar in South India of his time, and was widely respected throughout India. After studying Sribhaṣyam from Nayana-Varadāchārya, Aṇṇan went to Tirumala Venkateswara Temple and did devotional service to Lord Venkateswara.

At the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, Aṇṇan heard the glories of Manavala Mamuni and about his nectarine discourses on the works of the Azhwars and the doctrines of Sri Vaishnava Sampradayam. Following this, Aṇṇan became the disciple of Manavala Mamuni and learnt the entire commentaries of these works from him a Srirangam. At the time Aṇṇan surrendered at the feet of Manavala MamuniManavala Mamuni gave him the dāsya nama "Sri Vaiṣnava Dāsan" seeing his humility towards the devotees of the Lord. Further, Manavala Mamuni, after seeing Annan's prowess in Sribhāṣyam, bestowed him the Sribhāṣya Simhāsanam and the title 'Sribhāṣyāchārya'. Aṇṇan also served as one of the aṣta-dik-gajas of Manavala Mamuni.

People often confuse Prathivadhi Bhayankaram Annan with a 20th-century scholar-Acharya Prathivṣdhi Bhayankaram Annangarāchārya, who was one of the first āchāryās to publish the entire works of Sri Vaishnava āchāryās like AzhwarsRamanujaVedanta DesikaManavala Mamuni etc., in the first half of the 20th Century.

The twelve divya Saligrama ṣilas and the Śri-Bhu Sametha Ranganatha Swamy idol that were once worshipped by him are now being worshipped by Sri Prativadhi Bhayankaram Raghavacharyulu, a fifteenth generation descendant in his lineage in VijayawadaAndhra Pradesh. Popular Indian Playback Singer P. B. Sreenivas was one of his descendants in his lineage in KakinadaAndhra Pradesh.

Some find glory through their fantastic deeds & achievements. Some become glorious by enabling others perform fantastic deeds & achievements. Madurakavi Alwar is a shining example of the latter.

Despite being senior in age, Madurakavi Alwar became the disciple of Nammalwar (also among the 12 Alwars) and he made sure that the world came to know about Nammalwar’s compositions. The verses of Madurakavi Alwar are not about the Lord. Instead, it is about his Guru – Nammalwar.

937. Even more than the name of the Lord who allowed himself to be tied to a mortar by a small rope, taking the name of my master who was born in Tirukurugur (Nammalwar) is as sweet as tasting nectar!

938. I will find happiness by chanting his name. I will seek refuge at his feet. I know of none other than him. I will sing joyfully about my master of Tirukurugur!

939. Wherever I go, I am able to worship the Lord of all celestials who is accompanied by his consort – Shree (Lakshmi). This is only through the grace of my master of Tirukurugur.

940. Those who know the Vedas well, will consider me as a speck of dust. It is only my master – Sadakopan (Nammalwar) who accepts me and treats me like his own child!

941. Before finding him, I was deceived into pursuing wealth & women. But, now, I have found refuge in the master of Tirukurugur – the place surrounded by beautiful gardens!

942. Starting now, for the next seven rebirths, I will sing praises of the master of Tirukurugur – the place surrounded by huge gardens. I know that he will forsake me not!

943. He has released me from the burden of past sins. In beautiful Tamil, I will sing loudly in eight directions, about Sadakopan (Nammalwar)!

944. Delighting those who seek the meaning of the Vedas, he has composed 1000 verses in Tamil, distilling the essence of the Vedas. Isn’t this astounding?

945. The meaning of Vedas is elusive even to scholars. Yet, he has beautifully conveyed the same and he has found place in my heart. My love for him has no limits. Service to Sadakopan is the purpose of my life!

946. Even if you don’t gain by it, you tutor those who are unworthy! My Lord! I will serve your feet to the best of my abilities.

947. Those who read these verses composed by Madurakvi, who is most devoted to the master of Tirukurugur, will find place in Vaikuntam!

 

 Sri MAdhurakavi AzhwAr?s glories. two Taniyans--one in Sanskrit and the other in Tamil--created by Swamy Naathamuni out of his gratefulness to Madhura Kavi and his powerful Prabhandham ; Swamy Naathamuni had the rarest of blessings of being initiated into the divine collect by Swamy NammAzhwAr himself as a result of reciting Madhura Kavi's prabhandham .

First his life history:

 

AzhwAr Madhurakavi is the one who helped us by compiling the outpourings of NammazhwAr; Not just that, he also sang 11 beautiful "anthAdhi" style pAsurams starting with "kaNNinun siRutthAmbhu" which do not have any parallel to any other pAsuram /slOka for AchArya Bhakti. The other prabandhams on Acharya are Iraamaanusa nooRRanthAthi and Pillai anthAthi.

AzhwAr sang these (11) pasurams only in praise of his AchArya "nammAzhwAr" and claimed, in the end, that one can attain

mOkshA certainly and definitely after reciting just these 11 pAsurams.

 

It is also told that Nathamuni, who compiled 4000 pAsurams of AzhwArs, was blessed with a darshan of nammAzhwAr and was given a set of all 12 AzhwArs' pAsurams (by NammAzhwAr himself) after he recited Madhurakavi's 11 bhakti-laden pAsurams on nammAzhwAr 12000 times. (That is the dynamite packed power of Madhurakavi's pAsurams- It has manthra shakthi).

Madhurakavi (meaning in sanskrit the sweet poet), a vainathEya (divine

bird) incarnate, was born in the year Easwara, chitrai month and in chitrai nakshatram at ThirukkOLoor. He learnt Tamizh and sanskrit and became a great scholar in both the languages. He was a great BhaktA of Sriman NarAyaNa and had an excellent conduct. He was on visits to the North India and obtained divya Darshans of AyodhyA, gayA, Badri, DwArakA etc., and He chose to stay at AyOdhyA as he could not resist being attracted by the Holiness of Sri RAMA's birth place. From there, he was dragged by an unconrolled desire to follow the new Southern BRIGHT Star/Light appeared in the sky (as seen only by his eyes at night) and found himself at the feet of the Greatest AzhwAr "NammAzhwAr". After a brief encounter (setthathin vayiRRil siRiyadhu piRandhaal etthai thiNru yengE kidakkum? " atthai thiNru angE kidakkum..) he prayed to NammAzhwAr requesting him to protect and accept him as his disciple. From then on, he stayed with NammAzhwAr and complied all pAsurams of NammAzhwAr. Madhurakavi was so much devoted to NammAzhwAr, his AchAryA, that he held him equal to (higher than)

Lord Sri nArAyaNa

 

After NammAzhwAr departed from this earthly world, he was blessed with a

Golden vigraham of NammAzhwAr which he cosecrated and performed

ThiruvarAdhanA and uthsavams in his honour. He was so mesmerized and impressed by nammAzhwAr's works so much that wanted to stage NammAzhwAr's works in front of other scholars. the sangam poets objected to such claims and praises NammazhwAr who had no connection with Sangam ( a big deal!). Madhurakavi, it seems was saddened by this protest and was weeping literally.

NammAzhwar, appeared as an old Brahmin and consoled him saying " Do not

woory about these petty issues, my child, You just place this pasuram of

"kaNNan kazhaliNai..." on a boat (sangap palagai) and watch the fun" and

disappeared. Madhurakavi did the same and the boat, it is told capsized

throwing out all the jealous, haughty poets while it retained only the leaf containing "kaNNan kazhaliNai.."

It is also told that each one of those poets struggled to reach the shore and composed a verse dedicating to NammAzhwAr. And when they were about to publish their verses, they were simply AMAZED to find that each one wrote the same verse in same words; (What a marvel! what a divine AzhwAr and Divine Disciple!-simply made for each other)

The sangam chief says " NammAzhwAr's works are superior and other poets are like flies compared to Garudan (that is NammAzhwAr); fire flies (minmini) in the presence of sun; dogs in front of the ferrocious tiger; wolf before the Lord NrsimhA, ugly clumsy dwarfs dancing before the havenly beautiful OOrvasi- All their works are not equal to even one utterance of nammAzhwAr."

Madhurakavi's eyes were full of tears for his (his AchAryA's) success; The eleven pAsurams are counted as part of 4000 verses simply because the whole of 4000 pasurams is claimed to be Bhagavadh vishayam while Madhurakavi's is on his AchAryA which is the central gem that sheds lustre on the other jems of the garland (so says MaNavALa mAmunigaL). It is the work that holds the key to the treasure of other pAsurams.

Needless to say, NAthamuni's t haniyans (Thaniyan means dedeicated verse) on this AzhwAr depict the glory of AzhwAr and it is neccessary for us to be blessed by such Great BhaktALs; Before we conclude about this mahAn who performed AchArya Nishtai and attained the feet of mOksham, let us get benefitted by the rich two thaniyans of NAthamuni:

 The ‘Batman Effect’: How having

an alter ego empowers you

Thinking of yourself as a separate entity can reduce anxiety,

while also kicking up some major benefits for your confidence

and determination.

How do the world’s top stars muster the poise and determination to stand on stage, despite the

nerves and anxiety of having a bad performance? For both Beyoncé and Adele, the secret has

been the creation of an alter ego.

Beyoncé’s was the assertive and empowered ‘Sasha Fierce’, who allowed her to perform with

extra self-confidence and sensuality. “Usually when I hear the chords, when I put on my stilettos,

like the moment right before when you’re nervous… then Sasha Fierce appears, and my posture

and the way I speak and everything is different,” she told Oprah Winfrey in 2008. It was a

strategy that she continued to use until 2010, when she felt she had matured enough to avoid

the psychological crutch.

Inspired by an emotional meeting with Beyoncé herself, Adele followed suit, telling Rolling

Stone magazine in 2011 about her creation of ‘Sasha Carter’. The persona was a combination

of Beyoncé’s Sasha Fierce persona and the (real) country music star June Carter. Adele said the

strategy helped her give her best to every performance during her breakout year.

Although the embodiment of a fictional persona may seem like a gimmick for pop stars, new

research suggests there may be some real psychological benefits to the strategy. Adopting an

alter ego is an extreme form of ‘self-distancing’, which involves taking a step back from our

immediate feelings to allow us to view a situation more dispassionately.

“Self-distancing gives us a little bit of extra space to think rationally about the situation,” says

Rachel White, assistant professor of psychology at Hamilton College in New York State. It

allows us to rein in undesirable feelings like anxiety, increases our perseverance on challenging

tasks, and boosts our self-control.

Shifting perspective

Ethan Kross, professor of psychology at the University of Michigan, has led much of this

research over the past decade, showing that even small shifts in perspective can help people to

gain control of their emotions.

In one study, participants were asked to think about a challenging event in the future, such as

an important exam, in one of two different ways. The group in the “immersed” condition were

told to picture it from the inside, as if they were in the middle of the situation, whereas those in

the “distanced” condition were asked to picture it from afar – as if they were a fly on the wall.

The differences were striking, with those taking the distanced viewpoint feeling much less

anxious about the event, compared to the immersed group. The self-distancing also encouraged

greater feelings of self-efficacy – the sense that they could pro-actively cope with the situation

and achieve their goal.

In other experiments, participants were asked to give a small public talk. Beforehand, they were

advised to think through their emotions about the challenge using the third person (“David

feels…”) as if they were a separate entity, rather than the more immersive first person (“I feel”).

Like the distanced visualisation, this advice was designed to encourage the person to see the

situation from an outside perspective.

Once again, the creation of the psychological distance helped the participants to master their

anxiety, reducing both their subjective ratings of the emotion and objective measures, such as

the changes in heart rate and blood pressure that usually accompany threatening events.

And those feelings of greater confidence were reflected in the quality of the presentation

itself, according to the judgement of independent observers asked to rate their performance.

The eye on the prize

Self-distancing seems to enable people to reap these positive effects by leading them to focus on

the bigger picture – it’s possible to see events as part of a broader plan rather than getting bogged

down in immediate feelings. And this has led some researchers to wonder whether it could also

improve elements of self-control like determination, by making sure that we keep focused on our

goals even in the face of distraction.

Along these lines, one experiment asked whether people were better able to focus on difficult

word puzzles if they had been asked to practice self-distancing before the test. In this case, they

were asked to give advice to themselves in the second-person – “You will concentrate on each

question” – as if they were talking to a friend, rather than themselves. Besides improving overall

performance, the effects could also be seen in questionnaires measuring their attitudes to the

task, which revealed a stronger intention to improve their performance.

By boosting their sense of self control, self-distancing can also improve people’s health

behaviour. It can increase people’s intentions to exercise, for instance, and helps them to resist

the temptation of junk food. This is no mean feat. “Few self-control strategies to date have

successfully improved eating outcomes,” says Celina Furman, a social psychology researcher at

the University of Minnesota.

We could all boost our emotional regulation, self-control and

general poise by choosing to embody another persona à la

Working with Kross, Furman recently asked participants to practice self-distancing as they were

faced with the choice of various kinds of food – fruit compared to candy, for example. When

participants had practiced self-distancing (asking “What does David want?”, for example, rather

than “What do I want?) they were more likely to choose the healthier option.

Although further studies will be needed to test the long-term benefits of the approach, Furman

thinks that it could be incorporated into a variety of different weight-loss schemes. “The ease of

distanced self-talk does offer exciting potential applications,” she says. It could be incorporated

into mobile apps, for instance, with notifications that prompt you to think in the third person as

you plan your meals.

The ‘Batman Effect’

The possibility that self-distancing could increase willpower is particularly exciting for child

psychologists, given that self-discipline is thought to be as important for academic performance

as IQ.

A few years ago, assistant psychology professor White took a group of six-year-olds and set

them a test of concentration on a computer, in which a series of images flashed and they had to

press the space bar whenever they saw a picture of cheese. The task was designed to be rather

boring, but the children were told that it was “a very important activity” and that they would be a

“good helper” if they worked on the task for as long as possible – increasing their motivation to

persevere. As a potential distraction, the researchers also left them with an iPad, with a much

more fun game designed to lure them away.

Beforehand, the children were told that it could sometimes be helpful to think about their

feelings, if the task got too boring. Some were told to think “Am I working hard?” while others

were encouraged to think in the third-person (“Is Hannah working hard?”). A third group were

given the option to change persona entirely by inhabiting the role of their favourite fictional hero,


such as Batman or Dora the Explorer. They were even given props to dress up, and when they

got bored, they were told to consider their behaviour as if they were the actual character, asking,

for instance, “Is Batman working hard?”

The researchers had suspected that the alter ego would be a more extreme form of self-

distancing, and the results showed exactly that. While the children thinking in the third person

spent about 10% more of the total available time on the task that those thinking in the first

person, it was the children inhabiting their alter egos who stuck it out for the longest of all.

Overall, they spent 13% more of the total available time on the task than those thinking in

the third person (and 23% more than those thinking about their behaviour in the first person).

White has also found that adopting an alter ego can also help children to concentrate on a

complex card game, in which they had to follow complex rules that kept on changing. Once

again, “the Batman effect” seemed to have increased their resolve and concentration,

improving their “executive function”.

While these were laboratory experiments, White hopes that this small exercise might ease many

situations that require self-control. The test of perseverance, after all, was already very close to

the kind of decisions that children might face when doing their homework with the potential

temptation of the TV or cell phone. She thinks it may also be useful to avoid feeling dispirited

during new challenges. “Pretending to be someone who's more competent, and getting that

distance from the situation, could help them to overcome the frustration they're feeling when

they're learning something new.”


What would Beyoncé do?

Given these findings and the benefits of self-distancing more generally, White suspects that we

could all boost our emotional regulation, self-control and general poise by choosing to embody

another persona à la Sasha Fierce.

After all, certain religious initiatives already encourage this kind of thinking, she says. “When I

was growing up in the ‘90s, there were all these bracelets that said, ‘WWJD’ – What would Jesus

do?” she says. “So, I think it’s a pretty intuitive concept to a lot of people.”

If you want to try it yourself, White suggests picking a different person for different types of

goals – maybe a wise member of your family for a personal dilemma, or a work mentor for a

professional problem. “When I was a postdoc, we had a little saying in our lab that if you're an

 Krishnadeva Raya (who ruled much of present day Karnataka & Andhra in the 16th century) wrote – ‘Amuktamalyada’ (‘Giver of the worn garland’) on Andal. This is considered a Telugu classic But, the best part is, he composed this while on war with Kalinga . If this is not a fine example of work-life balance, 

Amuktamalyada (Teluguఆముక్తమాల్యద) is an epic poem in Telugu composed by Krishnadevaraya of the Vijayanagar Dynasty. Amuktamalyada translates to A garland of pearls. Considered as a masterpiece, Amuktamalyada describes the story of wedding of the Hindu Lord Ranganayaka an avatar of Vishnu and Goda Devi aka Andal the Tamil Alvar poet and daughter of Periyalvar, at Srirangam.

Krishnadevaraya was the king of the Vijayanagara Empire reigning between 1509–1530. He was the third ruler of the Tuluva Dynasty, and presided over the Vijaynagar empire at its zenith. Krishna Deva Raya earned the titles of Kannada Rajya Rama Ramana (lit, "Lord of the Kannada empire"), Andhra Bhoja and Mooru Rayara Ganda (lit, "King of three Kings"). He became the dominant ruler of the peninsula of India by defeating the Sultans of BijapurGolconda, the Bahmani Sultanate and the Gajapati Kingdom of Orissa.

Krishnadevaraya during his reign patronised many TeluguKannadaTamil and Sanskrit poets. His court had 8 Telugu poets (Astadiggajalu) - Allasani PeddanaNandi ThimmanaMadayyagari MallanaDhurjatiAyyala-raju Rama-BhadruduPingali SuranaRamaraja Bhushanudu and Tenali Rama Krishna. The Kannada poets Mallanarya who wrote Bhava-chinta-ratna and Satyendra Chola-kathe and Chatu Vittal-anatha who wrote Bhagavata also enjoyed his patronage. The Tamil poet Haridasa and Tamil literature were patronised by Krishnadevaraya. The Sanskrit poet Vyasatirtha who wrote Bhedo-jjivanaTat-parya-chandrikaNyaya-mrita (a work directed against Advaita philosophy) and Tarka-tandava enjoyed his patronage. Krishnadevaraya was himself an accomplished Sanskrit scholar and wrote Madalasa CharitaSatyavadu Parinaya and Rasamanjari and Jambavati Kalyana


It is believed that Krishnadevaraya wrote the work, after getting a dream in the portico of the Srikakula Andhra Maha Vishnu temple, in Srikakulam Village (todays krishna District) on the banks of river Krishna, in which Lord Andhra Maha Vishnu appeared and instructed him to write the story of his wedding to Andal at Srirangam in Telugu. In his dream, on being asked why Telugu was chosen, Lord Vishnu is said to have replied

తెలుఁగ దేల యెన్న దేశంబు దెలుఁగేను

          తెలుఁగు వల్లభుండఁ తెలుఁగొకండ

యెల్ల నృపులు గొలువ నెరుఁగవే బాసాడి
దేశభాషలందుఁ తెలుఁగు లెస్స

— శ్రీ ఆంధ్ర విష్ణు

Teluga dēla yenna dēśambu delugēnu
telugu vallabhuṇḍa telugokaṇḍa
yella nr̥pulu goluva nerugavē bāsāḍi

Which translates to: "If you ask, 'Why Telugu?' It is because this is Telugu country and I am a Telugu king. Telugu is sweet. After speaking with all the kings that serve you, didn’t you realize - amongst all the languages in the country, Telugu is the best!"

Amuktamalyada describes pain of separation (viraha) experienced by Andal, who is described as the incarnate of Lakshmi the consort of Vishnu. Further the poem describes Andal’s beauty in 30 verses written in the keśādi-pādam style, starting from her hair, going down her body till her feet.

  Parasara Maharishi, who explained the famous history in Sri Vishnu Purana, which is praised as Purana Ratnam, prayed to Prakalathan Thirumal that his father Iraniyan should be corrected, and Thirumal who wanted to satisfy him, himself made an incarnation like Iranian, along with Prakalatan said that he did Sangeerthanam, Vishnu Pooja etc.


Meanwhile, Parasara Maharishi said that the real Iranian continued to do his atrocities and as his atrocities increased, the pillar was split and Narasimha appeared and killed the deadly Iranian.


* After knowing the news that Iraniyan's younger brother was killed by taking incarnation as Thirumal, the Iranian searched all over the world to take revenge of Thirumalai.


He couldn't find the holy garland anywhere. Because Thirumal is hiding in a place where Iranian can't search. Which is that place? Iranian's heart is where Thirumal was hiding and did magic.


* Once upon a time Vyasa and other Sage were sitting in Naimisaranyam and arguing.


Then some sages said, ′′ Narasimha should call him 'Himson' (torture maker) because he tore the bodies of Iranian monsters with his sharp nails and torture them!"


Vyasa said to him, ′′ Sage! In our eyes, Narasimha tearing the monsters body with his nails looks like torture. But it's not torture.


Because if the monsters want to experience the punishment for their sins, they will have to roam in hell for many corruption times.


Instead of suffering in hell for so long, Narasimha tore their bodies with his sharp nails, giving them deep sorrow in a second, removing their sins and purifies them.


Even though it looks like Hims in a glimpse, Narasimha, who really has mercy on the evil monsters and makes them miserable to purify them, is doing the right planet to Hims.


So change the name you said Himson to be straight!" said Vyasa.


When you change the word Himson in a straight way, will it come as 'Simhan'? So, from that day, Narasimha was called 'Simhan'.


The lion is also called 'Simham' because it has a face like that Simhan.


* Ramanujar is very engaged in Narasimha. Ramanujar got Narasimha mantra advice from the Guru Esantan.


Ramanujar, who appointed seventy-four disciples after him as Vaishnava Gurus, offered the Vikraham of Narasimha to those seventy-four for pooja and preached Narasimha mantra to all of them.


* Parasara Butter will tell a tasty story to explain the pride of Narasimha.


A father gave his son only milk without sugar.


He asked, ′′ How does it taste?" ′′ Sweet is less!" said son.


Next, he gave only sugar to his son and asked, ′′ How is it?"


′′ This is sweeter than milk!" said son.


Next, the father mixed sugar in milk and asked, ′′ How is it!"


′′ Oh my father! Sugar mixed milk is sweeter than just milk and just sugar. Hereafter give me only sugar mixed milk!" Son said.


The incarnations like Matsyam, Kurmam taken with the form of Thirumal are just like milk.


Avatars like Raman and Kannan taken in human form are just like sugar.


But, the incarnation of Narasimha, which is taken into a mix of both human and animal is like sugar mixed milk.


How a boy who drank sugar mixed milk does not like just milk and just sugar, the mind of a devotee who was involved in Narasimha Avatar does not engage in other incarnations of Thirumal.


* ′′ Narasimha appeared from the pillar

Therefore, the pillar became the mother of Thirumal and the grandmother of Brahma, the son of Thirumal Vedanta Desik also wrote a slogan:

* Narasimha appeared as a bird with two heads, two wings and eight legs to defeat the bird created by the gods against Narasimha.


Those who see it are called as Patchi. Even today we can see the form of a grand patch in the neck of Devathirajap Perumal in Therazhundur.

* When the four sons of Sanath went to Vaikundam to worship the holy evening, we know that the Jaya-Vijayar who stopped it were born on earth as Iraniyan-Iraniyatsan, Ravan-Kumbakarnan, Sisubalan-Tandavakran, who stopped it.


Once upon a time, when Brahma went to Vaikundam, the guardian stopped Brahma in the mouth of Sugan.


Brahma cursed that he should be born on earth.


But Thirumal came out, ′′ Brahma! This sugan is my greatest devotee. Arrogance doesn't stop you like Jaya-Vijayar.


He stopped me thinking that your arrival would be interrupted by my sleep.


Nevertheless, don't take back the curse you gave. Let him be born on earth. But let him be a great devotee and be a role model for all my devotees!"


That Sugan is the Baktap Prakalathan.


* When Adi Shankar was trapped in a fire accident and his hand was affected by fire, Lakshmi Narasimha Karaavalamba performed the praise of Stotram.


′′ Srimadpayonidhi - Nikethana! Chakraban!

Go - go! Maniranjitha - Punyamoorth!

Yogisa-Sachavata-Saranya! Pawaptibotha!

Laxmeenrusimha! Mama Dehi Kara procession ′′


- He started and prayed to Narasimha to protect his hand.


Next second, Narasimha appeared there with sixteen hands. He was holding a conch wheel in both hands.


He caught the body of Shankar with two hands.


He extinguished the fire with both hands.


He showed the danger seal with both hands.


He consoled with two hands.


He lifted Shankar with two hands.


He poured honey on Shankar's body with his two hands.


He threw a fan to Shankar with his two hands.


Sankara got up and expressed his gratitude to Narasimha.


′′ Those who help us in danger are the most beautiful visible to our eyes.


When devotees like Prakalathan are in danger, Perumal Narasimha who can come and protect them immediately. So he's the cutest!" the elders say.


That's why it's called ′′ Beautiful Singer


* Why is Mahalakshmi sitting on her lap only for Narasimha to sit on the chest of all other Perumal?


If you want to see the beautiful face of the beautiful singer Narasimha, you cannot see it as you are in the chest.


Can we see only when we sit on the lap? That is why Sri Devi is sitting on the lap of Narasimha who is a great man.


* Holika, the sister of Iranian, had the power to not be burned by fire.


When she tried to fire Prakalathan, Narasimha saved Prakalatan and put Holika on fire.


In memory of that, the day before the festival of Holika Tahan, the day before the festival of Holika Tahan is held.


* Iranian, who received many boons from Brahma, wanted that death should not happen to him with living wealth or lifeless things.


That is why Narasimha scratched him with his nails and tortured him.


If you cut your nails, it can become lifeless if it grows, but if you cut it, it can become lifeless.

एकात्मता मंत्र

 यं वैदिका मन्त्रदृशः पुराणा

इन्द्रं यमं मातरिश्वानमाहुः।

वेदन्तिनोऽनिर्वचनियमेकं

यं ब्रह्मशब्देन विनिर्दिशन्ति ॥ १ ॥


शैवा यमीशं शिव इत्यवोचन्

यं वैष्णवा विष्णुरितिस्तुवन्ति।

बुद्धस्तथाऽर्हन्निति बौद्धजैनाः

सत् श्री अकालेति च सिक्ख संतः ॥ २॥


शास्तेति केचित् प्रकृतीक कुमारः

स्वामीति मातेति पितेति भक्त्या।

यं प्रार्थयन्ते जगदीशितारं

स एक एव प्रभुरद्वितीयः ॥ ३ ॥


The supreme Lord of the Universe is one whom the ancient seers referred to as INDRA, YAMA and MATARISVAN.

The Vedantins call HIM as one beyond the description of words and recognise HIM as identical with BRAHMAN.

The Saivites call HIM as Siva, the Vaishnavites as Vishnu the Buddhists and the Jains as Buddha and Jina respectively. the noble Sikhs call HIM as Sat Sri Akala others worship HIM as Sasta while some others as Kumara Swami Mother and Father.
