"Manasā, Vācā, Karmanā"—in thought, word, and action—is one of the timeless ideals of the Sanātana Dharma.
When the mind thinks truthfully, the speech expresses it honestly, and the actions faithfully reflect both, integrity is born. There is no gap between what we believe, what we say, and what we do.
A person whose mind is pure, words are truthful, and actions are righteous becomes trustworthy, respected, and dependable. Such harmony is the very essence of character.
Honesty is truth in our words.
Sincerity is truth in our intentions.
Integrity is truth lived through our entire life.
When Manasā, Vācā, and Karmanā move as one, integrity does not have to be displayed—it naturally shines.
